The Dog Academy

We have established twenty-five lessons that you book around your schedule. Each lesson has
been carefully designed to prepare you with the skills necessary to work in the grooming field.
Our goal is for you to be qualified to work in any grooming shop, be able to groom a variety of
breeds and to deal with different behaviours safely. At Muddy Paws and Company we believe in
a fear free approach to grooming and that is what we will emphasize in our program. Our
course includes a combination of lectures, slideshows that you will have access to and hands on
work in our shop. At the end of our course, you will receive a portfolio of your grooms
throughout the course and a reference to put on your resume.
